Yes. You can use your corporate competency model and indicators to assess employees performance using the 360 Degree method. Report can be also customized to your needs.
Is it possible to make a report in a corporate style?
Yes. We can create not only branded personal reports, but also a branded interface for taking the 360 degree assessment, as well as a branded communication for participants.
Is the assessment anonymous?
Yes. The assessed employee does not see who fills out the feedback forms. The person receiving feedback will not be able to determine who gave a particular feedback.
